Delivery Times

Belmont London works with a network of trusted international manufacturing partners. To maintain quality and fair pricing, some orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment facilities abroad.

Estimated Delivery

  • Standard delivery: 7–14 business days

  • Occasional delays: In rare cases, delivery may take 20–25 business days due to high demand, stock transitions, or logistics constraints

We always strive to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience during busy periods.


Shipping Costs

  • Standard shipping: £9.95

  • Limited-time promotion: Free shipping on all orders

Please note: if you choose to return an item, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return qualifies for a prepaid return label under our Returns Policy.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email.

  • Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear

  • You can view the estimated delivery date via the tracking page once updates are live


Delivery Issues

While delivery issues are rare, the following applies should a problem occur:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately with clear photos

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Lost Packages

If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit:

  • We will send a replacement free of charge before proceeding with any further resolution

Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful or the parcel is refused:

  • The carrier may hold the package locally for collection

  • You will be notified by email and have 7 days to collect the parcel

If the parcel is not collected and is returned to the supplier:

  • We will send a replacement at no extra charge

  • If a second delivery attempt is also not collected, we reserve the right to deduct £20 from any approved refund or store credit to cover handling and logistics costs


Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed by our automated fulfilment system.
For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

If you are unsure about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt in line with our Returns Policy.


Customs & Import Duties

As some orders are shipped internationally, parcels may be subject to customs inspection.

  • In most cases, no additional fees apply

  • On rare occasions, local authorities may apply import charges, which are outside our control

We work closely with our partners to minimise the likelihood of any additional charges.
