Returns Policy

At Belmont London, we take pride in delivering a refined shopping experience. If something isn’t quite right, our returns process is designed to be clear, fair, and hassle-free.


30-Day Returns Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return and store credit, all of the following conditions must be met:

Eligibility Criteria

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Proof of Purchase: Your order number or purchase confirmation is required.

  • Reason & Photos: Please provide a clear reason for the return along with photos showing the item is new and unused.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Underwear

  • Beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products

  • Any item marked as final sale


How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note: our company address is not a return address. Any items sent there will not be processed.


Store Credit Policy

  • Approved returns are issued store credit equal to the value of the returned item.

  • Store credit can be used on any future purchase at Belmont London.

  • We do not offer cash refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days.

If you haven’t received your store credit within 10 business days of approval, please contact us at help@belmontlondon.com.


Prepaid Return Labels

When Are Prepaid Labels Available?

Prepaid return labels are provided only for:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Approved returns issued for store credit

If eligible, the prepaid return label will be emailed to you after approval.

Other Returns

If your return does not qualify for a prepaid label, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

All returns must include a Track & Trace number.
Returns without tracking cannot be verified and will not be eligible for store credit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us immediately at help@belmontlondon.com

  2. Include clear photos showing the issue

Resolution Options

  • We will send a free replacement at no additional cost

  • If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue store credit for the full value

If a replacement item is defective again, you may choose between:

  • Full store credit, or

  • Returning the item


Size Issues

If you receive the wrong size, please contact us at help@belmontlondon.com and we’ll assist you with an exchange or suitable solution.
